Manchester United Set To Confirm MASSIVE Transfer Deal Next Week

Manchester United are set to confirm the arrival of Alvaro Morata from Real Madrid next week, according to reports.

The Spaniard has been heavily tipped to leave the Santiago Bernabeu this summer after struggling to get first team opportunities under Zinedine Zidane, drawing speculations of interest from several clubs in Europe.

The likes of Chelsea, Manchester United and AC Milan have been credited with serious interest in the striker with prior reports that the Italian giants had agreed a deal to sign him which was later dismissed by the player.

United also had their initial £52million bid for Morata turned down by Real Madrid with reports that the Spanish giants want a higher fee for the striker.

However, reports in COPE claim that the Red Devils are confident on finalising a deal for Morata this weekend and will announce a deal next week.

The former Juventus forward has had a torrid time blending into the setup at Real Madrid, making 19 appearances during the last campaign.

It is understood that United boss, Jose Mourinho has contacted Morata about a potential move, with suggestions that the player is also keen on moving to the Old Trafford this summer after speaking with Spanish national teammates, David De Gea and Ander Herrera about joining United.
